Stainless Steel Combination LABORATORY UNIT<br />

For areas where material corrosion resistance<br />

or cleanliness is a concern, <strong>and</strong> where<br />

excess water on floor may damage surroundings.<br />

Specifications<br />

Booth: 16 gauge 304 stainless steel panels, with #4<br />

finish, enclosed on three sides. Vertical header <strong>and</strong><br />

overhead pipe are stainless steel. Four stainless steel<br />

anchoring brackets provided.<br />

Grate: Floor grate is powder coated steel with corrosion<br />

resistant substrate.<br />

Shower<br />

Head: 10" stainless steel head (Model 8127).<br />

Activation: Rigid stainless steel pull rod operates a<br />

stay open type 316 stainless steel ball valve.<br />

Sign: Large graphics identify the booth as an emergency<br />

shower/eyewash station <strong>and</strong> assist in guiding<br />

user to the front.<br />

Eye/Face Wash<br />

Head: Twin Feather-Flo* patented ABS plastic<br />

eye/face wash heads in <strong>Safety</strong> Green with integral flip<br />

top dust covers that protect heads <strong>and</strong> automatically<br />

release with water pressure (Model SP21).<br />

Activation: Stainless steel push flag operates a stay<br />

open type 316 stainless steel ball valve.<br />

Stream Control: Steady water flow under varying<br />

pressures assured with dual automatic pressure<br />

compensation devices.<br />

Model 9040: Shower curtain for privacy <strong>and</strong><br />
