Tool Strops
Ferno offer a range of standard tool strops (also known as tool lanyards) as well as elasticised and tearaway versions. The
tearaway strop is constructed with a tearaway safety strap that is designed to absorb the force or shock load of a chainsaw or
heavy tool fall. The safety strap will begin to tear when approximately 30 kg or greater of force is applied. It is also available in an
elasticised version that reduces the length of the strop when not under load and to minimise entanglement in the work area.

Tool Wrist Loops

Throw Bags
Code VARB TB 250, 250 D (Dipped), 400 and 400 D (Dipped)
These hard wearing, rip resistant throw bags are filled with
either 250 g or 400 g of lead shot. Each Throw Bag includes a
2.5 cm steel ring for attachment to throwing line. Also
available with white heavy-duty rubber dip for increased wear
resistance and longer life as well as offering greater visibility
(colour may very from shown).

Ferno Rope Savers are available in a
variety of sizes and include two different
sized steel rings connected to
heavy-duty, industrial rated polyester
webbing. Ferno Rope Savers minimise
damage to the tree and provide
consistent friction on the climbing rope.
