son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank X.
Gaughen Jr. of Birmingham.
Mrs. Angel Dalrymple
Griffin of Perry, Ohio, was
matron of honor for her sister.
Bridesmaids were Miss
Penelope Tracey of Sea Isle
City, cousin of-the bride, and
Miss Kathyleen Gaughen of
Birmingham, sister of the
groom. Angela A. Griffin, niece
of the bride, was flower girl.
John R. Gaughen ofr-^Birmingham
served as best man
for his brother and assisting as
ushers were Robert Toofelt of
Morrisville, Pa., and Charles
Lion Dalrymple Jr. of Sea Isle
City, brother of the bride.
Escorted by her father, the
bride wore a monk-styled gown
of French imported lace over
embroidered brocade styled
with bell sleeves and a long
braided sash. Her full. length
veil draped from a matching
headpiece and she carried an
arrangement -©t yeitow &fiu red
roses.
The bridal attendants were
gowned in floor-length dresses
of imported satin faced crepe
with the matron of honor in
green and the bridesmaids in
rust. The matron of honor
carried a ball arrangement of
green and yellow daisies and
the bridesmaids had balls of
rust and yellow daisies.
For her daughter's wedding
Mrs. Dalrymple chose a floorlength
dress of Trivara print
silk with dolman sleeves, a
brown fur coat and complimentary
accessories. For
the occasion Mrs.- Gaughen
selected a floor length dress of
brown velvet topped with a
gray fur coat and complimented
with matching accessories.
Both mothers had
baby orchid corsages.
Following a reception at
Mac's Restaurant in Somers
Point the couple left for a
honeymoon at Half Moon Bay in
California. They will make
their home in Alemeda, Calif.
For her going away outfit the
bride chose a brown fur dress

hooded navy cashmere coat.
The bride is a graduate of
Ocean City High School and
West Chester State College. The
.bridegroom is a graduate of
Lehigh University and is a
promotional representative for

Jaycees, will begin December
9, accordjng to co-chairmen, Ed
