Project Description: Expansion of the gas cavern storage system to include a fifth<br />
send-out string for sending out natural gas from the caverns into<br />
the <strong>RWE</strong> supply network, including the following:<br />
− Planning and installation of a discharge line consisting of a dust<br />
and fluid separator, gas pre-heater, pressure and flow<br />
regulator, gas drying unit, gas quantity meter, system control,<br />
valves, pipeline construction and buildings<br />
− Hook-up of the fifth send-out string to the existing cavern<br />
manifold of the cavern storage facility<br />
− Expanding the warm water generation facility with an extra<br />
boiler for preheating the gas<br />
− Installation of an additional meter for measuring gas amount in<br />
order to record the discharged natural gas quantity<br />
− Installation of buildings for the warm water generation, pressure<br />
and flow regulation and gas drying<br />
− Connecting the facilities control system to the existing cavern<br />
storage process control system
