In April 2011, Penman acquired Creation,<br />
a design and prototyping firm based in<br />
Hampshire. The company entered the<br />
latest iteration of its MRV-P in the DVD<br />
<strong>2012</strong> mobility demonstrations, where it is<br />
here seen kicking dust. The vehicle was<br />
the ready-for-production development<br />
of what was known as Zephyr, which did<br />
not run for the British LPPV programme<br />
following the withdrawal of Babcock.<br />
