GRABBER's <strong>Pan</strong> <strong>Head</strong> Drivall <strong>Screws</strong> are design to penetrate heavy gauge steel (20 to<br />
14 gauge) and are used for fram<strong>in</strong>g, affix<strong>in</strong>g strapp<strong>in</strong>g, attach<strong>in</strong>g fixtures, heavy metal<br />
HVAC applications, backup plates, door frames, plaster grounds, etc. (*Low profile flat<br />
pan, aka pancake head with #3 drill po<strong>in</strong>t.)<br />
The GRABBER <strong>Pan</strong> <strong>Head</strong> Screw is designed for high torque applications jo<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g heavy<br />
gauge to heavy gauge metal. Silver z<strong>in</strong>c f<strong>in</strong>ish. 18 TPI Silver z<strong>in</strong>c f<strong>in</strong>ish 8-18 and 10-16<br />
TP.<br />
Meets or ExceedsICBO 5280 ASTM 954 ISO 9002 Certification or Standards<br />
Use standard screw gun with depth sensitive nose piece. Suggested screw gun for<br />
optimium performance is 4 amps m<strong>in</strong>imum and 0 to 4,000 rpm. <strong>Pan</strong> <strong>Head</strong> is completely<br />
seated when the head is flush aga<strong>in</strong>st the work surface. Overdriv<strong>in</strong>g may result <strong>in</strong> failure<br />
of the fastener, the metal the fastener is attach<strong>in</strong>g to, or stripp<strong>in</strong>g of the head recess.<br />
Penetration of three thread pitches beyond the penentrated metal is m<strong>in</strong>imum.<br />
