Warzone: Diamat<br />
Segmentum Tempestus<br />
A class I‐Ultra Forge World, Diamat is <strong>of</strong> critical tactical<br />
importance to <strong>the</strong> Warmaster’s efforts. If he is to reinforce<br />
Isstvan and fuel his warmachines for <strong>the</strong> coming conflict, he<br />
must gain <strong>the</strong> support <strong>of</strong> as many <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Martian<br />
Mechanicum’s worlds as he can. Lion El’Jonson and his Dark<br />
Angels Legion are en‐route to Diamat and are planning on<br />
assaulting this world with elements <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Imperial Army to<br />
wrest it from those agents loyal to <strong>the</strong> Warmaster. <strong>The</strong> Dark<br />
Angels expect a fierce fight however as <strong>the</strong> Warmaster has<br />
dispatched a Battlegroup <strong>of</strong> his Sons <strong>of</strong> <strong>Horus</strong> to reinforce<br />
<strong>the</strong> planet. <strong>The</strong> Armies <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Emperor</strong> have <strong>the</strong> Initiative<br />
here.<br />
Warzone: Eurynome Ultima Segmentum<br />
Eurynome is on <strong>the</strong> distant Eastern Fringe and is <strong>of</strong> little tactical value to <strong>the</strong> Warmaster. It is a lush and fertile world which initial surveys by<br />
Roboute Guilliman and his Ultramarines Legion show as having been inhabited by a primitive civilisation millennia ago. <strong>The</strong>y became extinct<br />
after falling to barbarism and cannibalistic cults but <strong>the</strong>ir legacy is a series <strong>of</strong> strange ruins which stud <strong>the</strong> surface. Planning for a conflict in <strong>the</strong><br />
Viridian System, Guilliman and several chapters <strong>of</strong> his Legion are massing near this world before meeting up with <strong>the</strong>ir main forces on Calth.<br />
With Calth now under attack by <strong>the</strong> Word Bearers, Guilliman and his forces are preparing to reinforce <strong>the</strong>ir bro<strong>the</strong>rs when <strong>the</strong>y are attacked<br />
by warp creatures summoned by <strong>the</strong> ruins and <strong>the</strong> Word Bearers legion assisted by elements <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Emperor</strong>’s Children and World Eaters.<br />
Battle was soon joined by a spearhead <strong>of</strong> Blood Angels fresh from <strong>the</strong>ir engagements on Signus Prime. As well as elements from <strong>the</strong><br />
Expedition force commanded by Guilliman. <strong>The</strong> Armies <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Warmaster have <strong>the</strong> Initiative here.
