Personal travel in the <strong>Rowville</strong> rail line area, in common with most of suburban Melbourne, is<br />

dominated by car use.<br />

As shown in Table 3, well over 80% of journeys to work originating in the <strong>Rowville</strong> rail link<br />

area in 2006 were by car, and only 10% were by public transport.<br />
