Hebron: The night of the Jewish settlement Masquerade. 15-year-old Samer insists on taking his older<br />

sister Ayat to collect her diploma from the Palestinian University. Walking across the city rooftops<br />

and through narrow side alleys they must avoid the settlers, the army and the curious foreign news<br />

reporters.<br />

Director’s Biography<br />

Yaelle Kayam was born in Tel-Aviv (Israel), in 1979 Prior to her studies at the Sam Spiegel film<br />

school,Yaelle studied French at the Sorbonne in Paris, Anthropology at the Tel-Aviv University and<br />

<strong>Film</strong> at The Victorian College of the Arts in<br />

Melbourne (Australia). Yaelle is active in a few<br />

Human Rights organizations that operate in<br />

the occupied territories.<br />
