VSOC Virtual Shield Sales
Prospective buyers should coordinate with VSOC
Virtual Shield Points of Contact, listed below before
placing orders. Coordinating with the VSOC Virtual
Shield representative will help the prospective user
achieve the greatest benefit by maximizing the configuration’s
utilization and capabilities to meet the user’s
operational needs. Prospective buyers should then
contact Boeing Sales to place an order under the
VSOC Virtual Shield Catalog.
nothing in this catalog constitutes an agreement to sell
products or services. the VSOC Virtual Shield Catalog
is intended to provide information for specific products
and services. all orders for these products and services
shall be subject to acceptance by the Boeing Company,
in accordance with Boeing’s terms and conditions.
Highlights of the terms and Conditions for VSOC Virtual
Shield sales are provided below:
1. all VSOC Virtual Shield system sales include
licenses and a maintenance agreement for VSOC
Sentinel WatchStander Client and VSOC Sentinel
Server Operating Software.
2. Prices may be adjusted for applicable taxes on a
case-by-case basis. If state or local taxes are imposed
on the sale, the amount will be separately identified on
the invoice and shall be paid by buyer to seller.
3. Orders require a 10 percent down payment, with
remaining value distributed in equal monthly installments
over the period of performance. Payments are
net 30.

4. Buyer must obtain appropriate visas, work permits,
etc., which are required for performance by the seller in
the buyer’s country.
5. all hardware items must be picked up from the
Boeing facility in the Commonwealth of Virginia unless
otherwise negotiated in advance.
6. Warranties for products included in the VSOC
Virtual Shield Catalog are based on warranties
provided by the Original equipment Manufacturers
(OeM). the seller makes no warranty regarding the
fitness of products for buyer’s intended use.
7. the buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless the
seller against all actions, causes of action, liabilities,
claims, lawsuits, judgments, liens, awards, and
damages of any kind and nature.
8. all accepted orders shall be subject to u.S.
export laws and regulations. all products and services
are priced, and payment shall be made, in u.S. dollars.
9. the language of all documents in connection with
contract shall be in english.
10. this contract and all disputes shall be governed
in accordance with the laws of the State of new york,
uSa.
