How it Works<br />
<strong>HaloTag®</strong> <strong>Technology</strong> is designed to enable<br />
understanding of protein function in a cellular and<br />
biochemical environment. The technology is based<br />
on the formation of a covalent bound between<br />
a <strong>HaloTag®</strong> fusion protein and <strong>HaloTag®</strong> ligands<br />
under physiological conditions. This interaction is<br />
highly specific and irreversible. There are a variety of<br />
