ADVANTAGES:<br />

• Permits separation of the animals by sex, class, and age<br />
• There is a lower death rate because infection of all the animals is avoided.<br />
BREEDING IN CAGES<br />
Cage installations require a qualified worker in the construction of cages because they should<br />
have additional systems of drainage and waste disposal, and feeding systems like bottles food<br />
bowls.<br />
ADVANTAGES:<br />
• Better use of space in the breeding area<br />
• More efficient cleaning methods<br />
