The <strong>Tristel</strong> <strong>Fuse</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Instruments</strong> sachet produces a high-level disinfecting and sporicidal solution <strong>for</strong><br />
medical devices, including instruments.<br />

By adding one activated sachet to five litres of water a chlorine dioxide (ClO 2) solution is produced that<br />
will be sporicidal, mycobactericidal, bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal within a contact time of only<br />

Squeeze one<br />
side of the<br />
sachet to burst<br />
contents<br />
through centre<br />
seal. Contents<br />

Cut/tear corner<br />

At the heart of the <strong>Tristel</strong> technology is a sophisticated chemistry which generates chlorine dioxide rapidly and<br />
reliably. Chlorine dioxide is a well documented and highly effective biocide.<br />
Incorporated in the <strong>Tristel</strong> technology is a buffering system which stabilises the pH in the close to neutral<br />
range of 5 to 5.5 and an inhibitor system which protects sensitve materials. The <strong>Tristel</strong> technology is free from<br />
all aldehydes, peracetic acids and other hazardous chemicals.<br />
