The <strong>Tristel</strong> <strong>Fuse</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>surfaces</strong> sachet produces a high-level disinfecting and sporicidal<br />
solution <strong>for</strong> medical and other <strong>surfaces</strong>.<br />
By adding one activated sachet to five litres of water chlorine dioxide (ClO 2) solution is<br />
produced, which will be sporicidal, mycobactericidal, bactericidal, yeasticidal and<br />
virucidal within a drying time of five minutes.<br />

At the heart of the <strong>Tristel</strong> technology is a sophisticated chemistry which generates chlorine<br />
dioxide rapidly and reliably. Chlorine dioxide is a well documented and highly effective<br />
biocide. Incorporated in the <strong>Tristel</strong> technology is a buffering system which stabilises the pH<br />
in the close to neutral range of 5 to 5.5. The <strong>Tristel</strong> technology is free from all aldehydes,<br />
peracetic acids and other hazardous chemicals.<br />

Take one <strong>Fuse</strong> <strong>for</strong> Surfaces sachet to produce five litres of<br />
working chlorine dioxide (ClO 2) solution.<br />

Fold that sachet in half. Squeeze one side of the sachet to<br />
burst contents through centre seal. Contents will start to turn<br />
yellow, which confirms that solution is being activated.<br />
