Authorizes holder to be designated by an<br />
authorized agent of the commission to review<br />
permit applications, site evaluations, or planning<br />
materials, or to conduct inspections of OSSFs.<br />
Authorizes holder to install standard OSSF<br />
systems, including septic tanks, absorptive<br />
drainfi elds, unlined evapotranspirative drainfi elds,<br />
leaching chambers, gravelless pipe, and pumped<br />
effl uent drainfi elds.<br />
Authorizes holder to conduct preconstruction<br />
site evaluations, including visiting a site and<br />
performing soil analysis, a site survey, or other<br />
activities necessary to determine the suitability of<br />
a site for an OSSF.<br />
Authorizes a person or business to provide<br />
service or maintenance for one or more on-site<br />
sewage disposal systems using aerobic treatment.<br />
Registrant must employ one or more individuals<br />
who are authorized to maintain OSSFs.<br />
Authorizes holder to perform process control<br />
duties in the production or distribution of drinking<br />
water.<br />
Authorizes registrant, on a contract basis, to<br />
operate a public water system.<br />
Authorizes registrant, on a contract basis, to<br />
offer to undertake, represent itself as being able<br />
to undertake, or undertake the installation, repair,<br />
or removal of an underground storage tank.<br />
Registrant must have a licensed on-site supervisor<br />
at the site at all times during the critical junctures<br />
of the installation, repair, or removal.<br />
