92. Step by Step guide to pre qualify the dealer at roulette
You walk up to a roulette table. Usually there are players there already, and
a few or many spins have already been played. You should see a score
board next to the roulette spinning wheel. There are some red/black/green
numbers displayed on the score board. These numbers were the winning
numbers that are in the order of the most current roulette winning results.
Compared several most recent spins, see whether the numbers on the
book would have won within 3 spinning. If you are not an experienced
roulette player, you should use the 14-number group for Roulette Fortune
Bookie instead of the 8-numbers group, because the 14 number group
covers more numbers and has a bigger chance to win. The pre-qualify
process for the 8-number or 14-number group are the same.
I will illustrate using an example. The roulette score board now displaying:
32, 0, 0, 36, 7, 24, 24, 2, 14, 30, 16.
The 16 was the most current roulette winning number. You back track
about 8 numbers, which should be #36. If you looking at the book page 88-
the last winning number was #36: The #24 had scored, #24 was hit within
the 3 spinning. #24 was included in the 14-number signature group.
If you looking at the book page 64-the last winning number was #24: The
#14 had scored, #14 was hit within the 3 spinning. #14 was included in the
14-number signature group.
If you looking at the book page 44-the last winning number was #14: The
#16 had scored, #16 was hit within the 3 spinning. #16 was included in the
14-number signature group.
