To qualify, at least 80% of the sectors hit

numbers to determine.
Example: 13, 23, 33, 36
Number 36 is the most recent winning
number. Assume I want to bet on dozen
sector. 1 st dozen(1-12),
2 nd dozen(13-24), 3 rd dozen(25-36).
