100. Win Street Strategy:
Win Street is based on the appearance of six lines or double streets in
combination with a strong progression and differential betting. The betting
selection is both valid for the American and European wheel. The layout of
the wheel has absolutely no effect on the appearance of the streets or any
other chance, with the exception that there is one more 0 in the American
wheel, the Double zero.
Win Street is based on the mathematically sound Law of the Third which
states that in 6 spins on average only 4 lines will appear. To win with Win
Street it is sufficient to reduce losses and observe the roulette wheel's
decisions.
The roulette wheel's decisions are governed by two undisputed laws:
The law of Ecart:
An Ecart is an unequal frequency between two opposite chances. For
example, if in the last 10 spins red came out 3 times and black came out 7
times, we have an Ecart on black.
The law of Balance:
The equilibrium of two opposite chances. For example, in the last 10 spins
we have 5 reds and 5 blacks.
Without the law of balance the game of roulette can not be calculated.
The balance must appear sooner or later but will definitely happen.
