Realizing the increased complexity of packaging in the design of electronic equipment,
Amatom Electronic Hardware has prepared this REFERENCE MANUAL of
STANDARD ELECTRONIC HARDWARE for your use in design and purchasing.
These parts are available in a wide range of sizes, materials and finishes – DIRECTLY
FROM STOCK.
Terms F.O.B. Shipping Point – Net 30 days.
Credit D & B rating or three (3) commercial companies you now
purchase from on open account and the name and address of
your bank. All new accounts are subject to approval by the
Amatom Credit Department.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled or deliveries deferred only upon the
condition that the Buyer assumes liability and makes payment
to the Seller for all work, whether in process or complete at
time of notification.
Returns No returns will be accepted without prior authorization of our
Sales Department. Return to have name of person who
authorized return.
Shipments Stock items will be shipped to quantities ordered. Made to
order items will be shipped up to plus or minus 10%.
Quotations Prices quoted are valid for 30 days. Typographical, clerical
and key punch errors are subject to correction.
Shipping We take the greatest care in packing and shipping
merchandise so that it will arrive at its destination in good
condition. Our responsibility ends when the shipment is
delivered to the carrier. In case of loss or damage, the buyer
should immediately file a claim with the carrier.
Specifications The specifications as listed in this manual are purely
functional. Amatom reserves the right to make changes in
specifications or tolerances at any time without notice, as
long as parts remain functional for same application.
