2-Step Platform
The unique design of the 2-Step Platform permits efficient and
accurate x-rays of knee, feet, ankles, and the lower leg. The
platform places the patient in the optimal position for easy capture
of the highest quality weight-bearing x-ray images. This positioning
platform is also designed with safety grab bars to provide stability
for patients both young and old.
• Designed for patients weighing up to 450 pounds
• Keeps patient as close to the image plate as possible to ensure
high quality images
• Three CR cassette or film placement locations provide great
versatility in posing the patient for optimal images
• Provides safe and easy positioning for weight-bearing poses

in Lead FREE aprons
ProtecX is proud to introduce our newest innovation STARLITE our
latest lead free core material. It contains no lead yet provides the
same attenuation properties at 100kV as lightweight lead. Starlite
is at least 15% lighter than our lightweight lead. We can offer a
comprehensive range of samples for trial within your department.
Also introducing SteriTouch® antibacterial PVC coating. ProtecX
is offering a range of three brightly coloured designs that are
available with an antibacterial coating which is effective against
most bacteria including MRSA & E.Coli. These new striking
