Norden Machinery is a medium size company

Norden Machinery originates from Arenco, which
was founded in 1877.
The first tube filling machine was designed in
1934. In 1980 the Norden Company was founded.
In January 2004 Norden became part of the
Sirius Machinery Group, which is owned by the
Swedish Industrial Company Nordstjernan.

The most flexible and reliable
tube filling machine on the market
After 15 years of success and with more than 750 NM
700 fillers delivered around the world, we introduce
an improved version – NM 702. The NM 702 provides
outputs of up to 80 tubes per minute and is designed and
manufactured to produce the highest possible packaging
quality standards at maximum operational efficiencies.
The filler is offered in anti-clockwise (standard) or
clock-wise (option) operating mode allowing you to
choose the most efficient line layout according to
your specific needs.

Nordenmatic 702
The NM 702 is the most versatile tube filler available
on the market. Hot Air, Design-A-Seal®, Scoop Seal®,
multi colour filling including the latest invention
“concentric filling” gives numerous possibilities to
enhance the tube as a packaging.
The unique combination sealing unit allows plastic,
laminate and aluminium tubes, also saddle fold is
possible, to be filled and sealed with only minor and
very quick changeovers.

The NSM 180 is a flexible, reliable and
operator friendly tube feeder with capacity
up to 100 tubes per minute. It is suitable for
all tube materials, for all tube sizes and for
both round and most oval tubes.
Ergonomic system for loading complete tube
transport boxes at a convenient height for the
machine operators.
Flexible tube magazine with motorised sorting
device. Easy changeover, no individual size
parts are required.

All pneumatic controls are easily
accessible without stopping the machine.
Multi Colour filling
Deep and surface stripe multi colour filling
systems are available on all Norden tube
filling machies from the Nordenmatic 702
upward. If you wish to convert an existing

Hot Air sealing
NM 702 Hot Air sealing machines can
be equipped to handle up to 60 mm
diameter tubes.
Design-A-Seal®
Design-A-Seal® makes it
possible to alter the
shape and appearance
compromising
production output or
seal integrity, design
variations included

shapes, can
now be considered
and incorporated
into the package
design.

sealing unit
A combined sealing unit suitable
for handling plastic, plastic
laminate, aluminium laminate
and aluminium tubes. The tiltable
sealing unit allows excellent
access for cleaning and
changeover.
NORDENMATIC 702
Operator friendly 10,4” touch screen in
colour. The control system allows up to 30-
preprogrammed format tables that together
with improved access for maintenance reduce
the changeover time to a minimum.
