The Family Connections Program of Catholic Charities presents a free Informational Meeting on<br />
Thursday, August 23, 2012 from 6:00 p.m.—9:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Catholic<br />

The first day of conditioning practice for <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Rose</strong> CYO Football is scheduled to start on<br />
Tuesday, August 14 th at <strong>Perrysburg</strong> Municipal Park on Elm <strong>St</strong>reet from 6:00—7:00 p.m. These<br />
mandatory conditioning practices will be for all players entering the 5 th through 8 th grades who<br />
are parishioners or students of <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Rose</strong>, <strong>St</strong>. Al’s, All <strong>Saint</strong>s, <strong>St</strong>. Thomas More, <strong>St</strong>. Louis (Custar,<br />
<strong>Ohio</strong>) or Blessed John XXIII. (Equipment will be issued following practices).<br />
Player information forms (Catholic Youth Organization Athletic Contract and the Emergency<br />
Medical Authorization) will be collected prior to practice in addition to the $105 fee. Players must have a<br />
physical before taking part in the conditioning practices. Additional information and forms are available on<br />
