GENERAL INFORMATION: If you are posting or faxing your order please<br />
use our order form and make it as clear as possible. If you have already<br />
made a reservation by phone, please quote the order number.<br />
When ordering used and bargain priced items, please quote our stock number<br />
in the left hand column with the artist and title. For new stuff, please<br />
quote the label, item code, artist and title.<br />
We have single copies only of many of the used items we list and they sell<br />
out very quickly. Giving alternative choices will help avoid disappointment<br />
but, if paying by cheque, please make sure you allow enough to cover the<br />
cost of alternatives if they cost more. We always send your first choices if<br />
they are available.<br />
New items should be in stock either here or at our various distributors but, as<br />
you might expect with the specialised music we deal in, titles can be deleted<br />
or go out of print without warning. Temporary interruption in supplies may be<br />
for just a few days or even weeks but we will always inform you if there is a<br />
problem. We will do our very best to supply your full order as quickly and<br />
efficiently as possible but again, if you can give us an alternative or two –<br />
please do. Alternatives are especially important if you’re aiming for the<br />
£100 free or reduced p&p deal.<br />

MOST MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS (approx 9.30am - 4.30pm)<br />
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Payment can be made by Cheque (Cheques can<br />
take 1 week to clear), Postal Orders, Maestro, Visa or MasterCard. For online<br />
orders, we also take payment by Paypal. DO NOT SEND CASH BY POST.<br />
If you pay by Cheque or Postal Order and we cannot complete your order, we<br />
will issue a <strong>Red</strong> <strong>Lick</strong> Credit Note for use against your next order. If you would<br />
rather not have a credit note, mark your cheque “Not to exceed £…..”(The<br />
maximum amount of your order including post and packing). We’ll then fill in<br />
the exact cost of the goods we send. Please make all cheques and Postal<br />
Orders out to RED LICK RECORDS.<br />
REST ASSURED! We only process card payments when the order is complete<br />
and ready to be sent. We never pass any detail of any kind on to any<br />
one else! We take your security and privacy as seriously as we take our own.<br />

MAKING RESERVATIONS: We allow you to reserve items on a first come<br />
first served basis. Reservations need to be claimed within 2 weeks of<br />
placement. If you don’t, you’re just not being fair on anybody and won’t be<br />
very popular…<br />
RED LICK CREDIT NOTES: If you are using a Credit Note as part or full<br />
payment, clip it to your order or quote it’s number and value.<br />
CHANGE OF ADDRESS: When you move or change your contact telephone<br />
number or email address, let us have your old details as well as the new<br />
ones so we’ll know we’re amending the right file.<br />
RETURNS: Everything we sell – new or used - is quality guaranteed. If you<br />
get a problem, let us know immediately and we’ll sort it out pretty damn quick!<br />
CATALOGUES: Our amazing catalogues are published 6 times a year and<br />
are free to buying customers. If you want a flying start to get to the used<br />
stuff by having it sent by 1 st class post, you need to send stamps to the<br />
value of £1 or, even better, ask us to charge for catalogue postage when<br />
you order.<br />
WEBSITE: Ensure you keep checking the website (www.redlick.com). We<br />
offer the opportunity to search for stock information and order and pay online.<br />
The site is easy to use and we are adding new features to it as we go along.<br />
UK POST AND PACKING: Orders are very well packed with pride and despatched<br />
by 1 st class Royal Mail,. Additional services, such as a recorded<br />
delivery, etc, are available on request at additional cost.<br />
POSTAGE CHARGES - UK ONLY:<br />
CDs and DVDs – £1.50 for the first disc then add 50p for each additional<br />
disc up to a maximum of £6.00. Remember that doubles count as 2 CDs.<br />
BOX SETS – Calculate the rate by the number of CDs in the box but check<br />
the box listing in the catalogue. Sometimes, rates have to be higher due to<br />
the presentation or booklets included, etc.<br />
VINYL LPs - £2.25 for the first LP then add £1.00 for each additional LP to a<br />
maximum charge of £6.00.<br />
BOOKS - see the listings in the catalogue.<br />
MIXED ORDERS – These are calculated to the best rate for you and won’t<br />
exceed £6.00 (regardless of the size of your order) as long as everything can<br />
be packed properly in one parcel. The maximum cost of any combination of<br />
items packed in one parcel is £6.00.<br />
SHIPPED ORDERS OVER £100 IN VALUE – ARE STILL CARRIAGE<br />
FREE IN THE UK MAINLAND. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this<br />
to The Isle of Man, or The Scottish Highlands and Islands. To these<br />
areas, if your order is over £100, we charge £3.00 towards our costs. To<br />
ensure you qualify for these deals, you should give an alternative or two in<br />
case part of your order isn’t currently available or, in the case of used items<br />
or bargain priced CDs, sold out. Alternatives will ensure that the value of your<br />
shipped order stays over £100 and gets you the deal!<br />
HANDLING CHARGE – To offset processing costs, a surcharge of £1.00<br />
must be added to orders under £10.00 in value. This is in addition to the<br />
normal postage costs and applies to every order which totals less than<br />
£10...we gotta cover our costs somehow y’know!<br />
