be Affected <strong>by</strong> such Activities.<br />

5. The Type of Incidental Tak<strong>in</strong>g Authorization that is be<strong>in</strong>g Requested (i.e.,<br />

Takes <strong>by</strong> Harassment Only; Takes <strong>by</strong> Harassment, Injury and/or Death) and<br />
