Plug Seal RRE for buildings or steel constructions
The modular bst system RR/EMV grants perfect protection against unwanted electromagnetic impulses
at outdoor-to-indoor transits and cable penetrations. Pre-manufactured bst Plug Seals of type RR/EMV
made from elastic, highly fi re-resistant, halogen free elastomeric material (bst HFE) are installed into
already existent wall pipes or into pipe sleeves welded to steel constructions. Inserts from copper
tips form a conductive connection between the modules TCM/EMV or FB/EMV and the duct (edifi cial
screening). By tightening the bolts on fi ttings system parts are compressed. Modules TCM/EMV
(Tolerance Cable Module) can be adapted to the cable diameter by adapters included in the set. Cores
within modules TCM/EMV or fi ller blocks FB/EMV fi ll the reserve space for later cable installations.
