electric typewriter across the Victoria Harbor<br />
to a Norwegian ship lying at anchor, where he<br />
gave a demonstration. It was never an easy ride<br />
on a sampan – for machine or salesperson – but<br />
it was the <strong>IBM</strong> <strong>way</strong>. That spirit of commitment<br />
and dedication to customer service lives on in<br />
the company after half a century.
