Area of application MVS 900
Security doors for house and apartment entrances.
Suitable for leafs in wood, metal and plastic as well
as arched doors. Because of the special design of
the locking elements it is also suitable for steel frames.
With metal or plastic doors whose frame permit
the installation of a lock case 80 mm deep, the MVS
900 is supplied with an offset sliding rod set in profile.
(Specify «for metal frame doors» when ordering.)

As this lock matches the requirements of security
class 4, it is also suited for the installation on
WK-3 doors.
The multi point security lock MVS 900 is the
product in our product line that offers the greatest
fascination for those who take particular
pleasure in technology and security. A small
gear meshes with another gear and guarantees
that the lock’s spring bolt retraction can be
easily opened. The only drawback is that this
technical wonder cannot be seen when the lock
is installed, and this is why lay people frequently
forget to lock up. A MVS 900 can really only perform
to the level of its ability and securely anchor
the door in the door frame, in its locked state.

MVS 900 counterpressure bolt MVS 900 tapered bolts «S» – hardened MVS 900 conical bolts «K» – hardened
→ The toggle joint gear increases the closing force
in the end phase of the locking procedure.
→ The counterpressure lock prevents the locking
elements from being pushed back from the out
side. The lock must be locked 2x.
→ In locked position, the pressure is released on
the toothed gear and there is no load on the
cylinder.
The counterpressure bolt permits problem-free
use of rotary knob cylinders.
→ For wooden door frames.
→ Matching strike plate art.no. 6/PSR.
→ Contact of door leaf on door frame
ca. 6 mm.
→ Adjustable contact pressure by rotating the
locking bolts.
→ For steel door frames without reinforcement.
→ Low deformation values of frame under loading.

→ In standing-out position all bolts can be easily
exchanged.

Door catch unit (for wooden frames only)
An additional cylinder or additional screw-on lock
is not required. The door catch is operated from
inside with the rotary knob and is unlocked from the
outside via the main lock with the cylinder key (see
drawing on the next page).
Latch stop
MVS 900 are supplied on request with latch stops
without surcharge. Note: latch stops cannot be used
in conjunction with electric door openers.
