CAMP
Hoopology teaches you how to execute the fundamentals then challenges you to<br />
become the best you can be. Hoopology Basketball Camps distinguish themselves in a<br />
major way: an unwavering commitment to player development. Hoopology is designed to<br />
challenge your game, build your skills, and give you the confi dence you need to win.<br />
Hoopology consists of three unique camps at the San Ramon <strong>24</strong> <strong>Hour</strong> <strong>Fitness</strong> Super<br />
Sport. The camps are directed by former Golden State Warriors Camp Director Jason<br />
Perkins and assisted by passionate college coaches, high school coaches, professional<br />
instructors, and current and former college athletes. Hoopology is focused on individual<br />
player development. No matter how good you are, Hoopology will make you better.<br />
Increase your skill level, knowledge, and understanding of the entire game – mentally and<br />
physically. Whether you’re an advanced player seeking an edge or a hard worker looking<br />
for more playing time, Hoopology will give you the tools you need to succeed. You’ll<br />
improve every aspect of your game, including:<br />

Players of all levels will improve both individual and team skills. Learn the persevering<br />
philosophy of Hoopology while applying it to every aspect of your game. Emphasis<br />
is placed on shooting, dribbling, defense, rebounding, passing, screening, core and<br />
balance, nutrition, resistance training, and more. Based on age and skill level, players will<br />
be placed on teams that compete in a 3-5 day league culminating with a championship.<br />
This session also includes daily competitions in a healthy and structured environment.<br />
HIGH INTENSITY I: PURE SHOOTING + ATTACK MOVES<br />

August 6-8 8 a.m. till 9 p.m.<br />
A specifi c and intense curriculum designed for guard play. Learn proper shooting<br />
techniques, court leadership, attacking the basket, defensive pressure, ball handling,<br />
offensive and defensive transition, precision passing, decision making, and one-on-one<br />
moves. Student-athletes will be required to think critically in order to learn the important<br />
factors necessary to play the guard position.<br />
HIGH INTENSITY II: INSIDE POST PLAY<br />

Boys: ages 12-17<br />
August 10-12 8 a.m. till 9 p.m.<br />
A demanding camp designed to improve play in the Post. Learn how to score both<br />
facing and back to the basket, getting open, setting screens, playing post defense,<br />
rebounding, passing out of the post, getting and maintaining position executing go-to<br />
moves, and implementing new skills in game settings. Though aimed at “post” players,<br />
many guards benefi t from adding the diversity of post play to their game. Studentathletes<br />
will be required to think critically in order to learn the important factors necessary<br />
to play the post position.<br />
