DIRECTORS’ RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
KL Infrastructure Group Berhad (Company No. 425654-M) (Incorporated in Malaysia) and its subsidiaries
The Board of Directors are required under paragraph 15.27 (a) of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad (formerly known as Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad) to issue a statement explaining their responsibilities for
preparing the annual audited financial statements.
The Directors are required to ensure that the financial statements for each financial year are properly drawn up in
accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 and the applicable standards issued by MASB so as to give a
true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Company and the Group as at the end of the financial year and of the results
and cash flows of the Company and the Group.
In preparing those financial statements, the Directors are satisfied that:
- the Group and the Company have adopted appropriate accounting policies and are consistently applied;
- reasonable and prudent judgements and estimates were made; and
- all applicable approved accounting standards in Malaysia have been followed and confirm that the financial statements
have been prepared on a going concern basis.
The Directors are responsible for keeping proper accounting records, which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time
the financial position of the Company and of the Group and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply
with the Companies Act, 1965 and applicable approved accounting standards in Malaysia.
