Boiled Beef and Leeks<br />
Servings: 2<br />
1lb / 450g stewing steak, cut up<br />
2 tblspns red wine vinegar<br />
4fl.oz. / 100ml Oil<br />
Salt to taste<br />
1 tblspn fresh or 1 tspn dried Dill<br />
2 Leeks, chopped<br />
Cut stewing steak into bite size pieces and place in a large pan with the oil and vinegar.<br />
Bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes.<br />
Add salt to taste.<br />
Chop up the leeks and add to the pan, cook until tender.<br />
Add the dill and stir through, then serve.<br />
