1996 was the year I was introduced to pressure washing. How things have changed since then! My name is<br />
Micah Valladares, President of Integrity Pressure Cleaning, Inc. The early days consisted of washing tractor trailers<br />
and homes. Fast forward to 2006, the housing market was collapsing and our core business was residential homes.<br />
Having invested in the best commercial equipment on the market we began to focus on gaining more commercial<br />
customers. Today we are blessed to have a portfolio which includes many happy property managers of apartments,<br />
townhomes, retail centers, commercial buildings, etc.<br />
So what makes us different from our competition? Quality of workmanship, professionalism and we love people.<br />
We understand that our customers have the objective of maintaining their properties while sticking to a budget<br />
without sacrificing quality. We understand that tenants do not want to be inconvenienced. We have learned to manage<br />
large projects with minimal impact to the communities in which we work. In short, we take the headache out<br />
of cleaning the roofs, gutters, buildings, breezeways, sidewalks, etc.<br />
We have received such a warm welcome by the BAAA and its members. Several members have already become<br />
customers since we joined. We look forward to seeing all of you at the tradeshow in November!<br />
