Maintenance Appreciation Night...
Don’t Miss It!
On Thursday, September 17, lots of members of our association will gather for our monthly meeting to show you, the
Maintenance Professional, how much you are appreciated!
What you do day in and day out, without even thinking about it shows your company and your residents the true professional
that you are. The little things you do like saying hello to your residents, helping them with packages, picking up
litter on the property to the big things like, busting your butts to turn an apartment on short notice for a new resident, to
dealing with numerous resident service requests – you are all part of great on-site teams that keep your properties running
smoothly. So come on out for the evening and have some fun and laughs. You will also get some “Atta Boys” or “Atta Girls”!
Each of you deserves it!
Also, that night we’ll be kicking off the 3rd Annual Maintenance Mania Event to be held on January 21, 2010 at the Marriott
Westshore Hotel. Come meet last year’s top 5 winners; Nick Williams, Omar Allende, Joe Dumont, Augustin Salgado
and Edgar Tortoza. These top 5 are fi erce competitors and along with having fun are gearing up for 2010.
So come out, sign up, get your wheels and start practicing. Let’s see if you will be in the BAAA top 5 for 2010. Any
