5 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR USE OF ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)<br />
Privacy Statement:<br />
I underst<strong>and</strong> <strong>Fidelity</strong> Brokerage Services LLC (“<strong>Fidelity</strong>”) will disclose information to third parties about my account or the<br />
transfers I make:<br />
(i) Where it is necessary for completing transfers, or<br />
(ii) In order to verify the existence <strong>and</strong> condition of my account for a third party, such as a credit bureau, or merchant, or<br />
(iii) In order to comply with a government agency or court order, or<br />
(iv) If I give <strong>Fidelity</strong> my written permission, or<br />
(v) For other purposes in accordance with <strong>Fidelity</strong>’s privacy statement.<br />
Redemptions:<br />
I authorize <strong>Fidelity</strong> to accept <strong>and</strong> act upon any directions for redemptions of shares held in my eligible <strong>Fidelity</strong> account <strong>and</strong>/or<br />
<strong>Fidelity</strong> Mutual Fund account for payment to be made to the account I designated in my EFT authorization. I underst<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />
agree that <strong>Fidelity</strong> will not be liable for any loss arising out of any telephone, Internet, or other electronic request for redemption<br />
so long as <strong>Fidelity</strong> transmits proceeds to the bank account I designate through my EFT authorization.<br />

There is no fee to use the EFT service, although my financial institution may charge transaction fees.<br />
