INT. RITZ -- BAR - CONTINUOUS
Burridge replaces the phone on a silver tray. Turns to - *
- the attractive WREN, perched on a stool beside him. *
WREN *
Trouble? *
BURRIDGE *
Minor thing. Another drink? *
She nods. As the STEWARD removes the phone, Burridge taps *
their cocktail glass. *
Elizabeth finds Jack chatting to a pair of girls - JANE and
MARY - tipsy teenagers in thin, bright dresses, cornflowers
in their hair.
JACK
stroll up The Mall?
ELIZABETH
You’re meant to be helping me find--
JACK
Look, the girls here are dying to
see the King and Queen. And that, I
should think, is exactly what your
sister’s gone and done.
