Russell D Lansbury AM (1969) – For service to industrial
relations as an educator and researcher and through
contributions to the development of human resource and labour
management policies.
Edward Scull OAM (1954) – For service to biomedical
engineering and associated professional associations.
Rev Drew Lelean OAM (1951) – For service to the community
of Victoria through the development of chaplaincy and pastoral
care education in the fi eld of mental health.
Richard Divall AO (1977) - For service to the performing
arts as a conductor, composer and musicologist, through the
preservation of Australia’s musical heritage and support for
young performers, and to the community.

Queen’s welcomes new Chaplain, Sunny Chen
Before he came to us, Sunny, a Uniting Church Minister, was a parish minister at
Wheelers Hill and Mulgrave. Previously, he was a high school teacher in Hong Kong
before his theological training in the United States. Since arriving in Melbourne eleven
years ago, he has served several Uniting Church congregations, fi rst as a youth worker
and later a minister. Sunny enjoys working with people of all ages. He is particularly
passionate about providing pastoral care and spiritual guidance for young people.
