The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the Central Valley and Bay<br />

Area Regional Water Quality Control Boards (Water Boards) have reviewed 18 of the<br />

No Department of Defense Actions Indicated (<strong>NDAI</strong>) documents for Formerly Used<br />

Defense Sites (FUDS sites) located in California that your agency submitted earlier this<br />

year.<br />
