Ecological Study of the Countryside Habitats in County Fingal Woodland fungi Appendix 2 Compilation List of Fungi for 4 Sites in Fingal 237 species of different fungi were recorded during this study of four sites. 309 species were databased, some data coming from previous studies at Howth. Additional species records had been made during a BMS/DNFC Field Meeting in 1898 and also as part of an undergraduate project by Julian Roche (1996), both at Howth. 64 of these fungi appear new to Dublin (those species in bold).
