Hello everyone! It has
been a fun month as we
have had new people
checking out the group and
a couple of past members have come
back to join us. This keeps the group fun
and interesting. Those of you, who have
had exciting trips, put a thumbnail report of
your trip together and send it to Cari
Souma for the newsletter. Everyone enjoys
hearing about fun places to travel to.
Share the joy!
On a sad note, Fred Wright lost his
brother and we want to send our condolences
to Fred and his family.
It is time to start thinking about next year
and who you would like to lead the group.
October will be here before you know it
and we want to start working toward that
election date.
We have several new members who
have joined this month, please take time to
welcome them into the group. You all have
a great summer and see you on the links.

Christmas Party Planned

Please mark your calendars down for
Sunday, December 9th at Desert
Springs Golf course in Sun City Grand.
This course is a little less challenging
then Cimarron (We played last year) in
Sun City Grand.
We will also have our annual Christmas
Party at the home of John Tuel on
the Cimarron course following golf. The
Christmas party is on the Chapter for
members in good standing i.e. your dues
are paid. (Your 50/50 dollars at work!)
Non-Members and Guests will be
charged a small lunch fee. This event
was a big hit last year, even with the
frost delay. More to follow.

12th (Sunday) 7:00 a.m. shotgun.
Palm Valley is a great course that has
been made more playable due to several
changes in and around the tee boxes and
new management. The course is minutes
from Interstate 10 on Litchfield Road in
