2. Re-prioritise issues/incidents based on analysis <strong>of</strong> the<br />
impact on reporting <strong>of</strong> cargo to industry <strong>and</strong> the impact<br />
on <strong>Customs</strong> resources<br />
3. Determination <strong>of</strong> the priority for implementation<br />
based on what can achieve the greatest benefit to<br />
industry <strong>and</strong> <strong>Customs</strong> as a whole<br />
4. Design a process to continually assess/prioritise any<br />
new issues/problems/suggested changes
