• Approve PG&E’s electric and gas hedging plan described in <strong>Volume</strong> 1,<br />
Section III.B.1 and B.3 and Attachment III.A;<br />
• Approve PG&E’s gas supply plan described in <strong>Volume</strong> 1, Section III.C.1 and<br />
Attachment III.B;<br />
• Approve PG&E’s nuclear fuel supply plan described in <strong>Volume</strong> 1,<br />
Section III.C.2, Attachment III.C and <strong>Volume</strong> 2, Section IV.D;<br />
• Approve PG&E’s credit and collateral requirements described in <strong>Volume</strong> 1,<br />
Section III.B.4;<br />
• Modify the Planning Reserve Margins to a 1-in-10 year peak demand and<br />
16 % reserves, as explained in <strong>Volume</strong> 2, Section I.B;<br />
• Approve PG&E’s Emerging Renewable Resource Program described in<br />
<strong>Volume</strong> 2, Section I.B.5 and the associated ratemaking described in<br />
<strong>Volume</strong> 2, Section IV.G;<br />
• Modify the current requirement that PG&E consult the Procurement Review<br />
Group (“PRG”) for all transactions that either begin deliveries more than<br />
three months in the future or have a term greater than three months to a<br />
requirement to consult the PRG for transactions that begin deliveries more<br />
than six months in the future or have a term greater than six months, for the<br />
reasons explained in <strong>Volume</strong> 1, Section II.D.1 and <strong>Volume</strong> 2, Section II.A.1;<br />
• Modify the confidentiality rules to provide that PG&E does not need to<br />
disclose a winning bidder or project location when it files an application or<br />
advice letter to approve a project, for the reasons explained in <strong>Volume</strong> 1,<br />
Section II.D.1 and <strong>Volume</strong> 2, Section II.A.3.b;<br />
• Synchronize the filing of PG&E’s <strong>California</strong> Department of Water Resources<br />
(“DWR”) gas supply plan with PG&E’s annual review of its electric portfolio<br />
gas hedging plan by specifying that the gas supply plan should be filed<br />
annually in the fall of each year, and encourage DWR to agree to the fall<br />
filing date, as described in <strong>Volume</strong> 2, Section III.A.1;<br />
