Big sky and a view of which you will never tire as the seasons
scroll through the year. A dramatic modern take on the
traditional Victorian barn conversion. This location is absolutely
exquisite, just stunning. Pitchcott is a tiny hilltop village with
just an exclusive scattering of houses to the north west of
Aylesbury with a church and little else. You will no doubt be
pleased to note that the nearby villages of Whitchurch and
Oving both enjoy popular pubs. Bold spaces with plenty of light
and top quality fitting throughout predominate. The
kitchen/dining room is one of the focus points of the ground
floor. Over thirty feet in length and lavishly appointed it is the
ultimate entertaining space and the ideal domain for the chef of
the family. The sitting room is as impressive enjoying elevated
views across the Vale. There is a great balance of bedroom
accommodation with two bedrooms upstairs and three down
stairs. Needless to say all doubles. Extensive gardens and a
double timber car barn plus storage and ample extra parking
completes the picture.

Oving and Pitchcott
A small picturesque village of mainly detached houses
which is formed from a square of roads on the edge of a
limestone hill with outstanding views as far as
Buckingham. The church and the noted Black Boy Inn
are on the western edge of the village closest to
Pitchcott. Oving is the setting for a number of character
houses and cottages of varying ages. There is a playing
field; tennis courts and children’s play area. Pitchcott is
just a quarter of a mile from Oving and comprises a
scattering of fine homes on the escarpment overlooking
the Vale of Aylesbury
