Margaret Kirkwood (President of SERA) was welcomed as a representative representative of Scottish research.<br />

(John Furlong represents Wales and John Gardner Gardner Northern Ireland). These memberships<br />

In terms of the Green Paper "Schools: Building on Success' Council saw a need for government<br />
