<strong>2012</strong>-<strong>13</strong> <strong>TSSAA</strong> <strong>Handbook</strong><br />
Section 20. A school may drop an official from a game after the official has been engaged. If a school decides<br />
that it is wise to break its agreement with an official, it may be done by paying the official the regular fee for the<br />
game. Canceled and postponed games do not come under the above provision, provided that the official is duly<br />
notified. In the case of postponed games, the officials that were originally employed must be given the opportunity<br />
to work on the new date.<br />

Bond<br />
Section 21. The Executive Director of the <strong>TSSAA</strong> shall execute annually a Surety Bond on $30,000 or more if the<br />
Board of Control directs, covering <strong>TSSAA</strong> funds held by him. The fee on this bond is to be paid from the<br />
Association funds.<br />
Amendments<br />
Section 22. The Bylaws of the <strong>TSSAA</strong> shall be amended by the same method as the Constitution.<br />
