Tickets Exchanges<br />
More than one week prior to the performance<br />
for which you hold tickets, there is no charge.<br />
If exchanges are made less than one week<br />
prior, a service charge of $20.00 will apply<br />
per ticket. Tickets must be presented at the<br />
box office for exchange within the same<br />
show. Stage West Season ticket holders<br />
are responsible for notifying the box office<br />
regarding changes in address and phone<br />
numbers. Absolutely NO REFUNDS are<br />
permitted once tickets are purchased.<br />
Dress Restrictions - Semi Formal<br />
Stage West enforces a semi-formal dress<br />
code. No shorts, t-shirts, casual sandals or<br />
