Attributes new in <strong>HTML</strong>5<br />

A variety of new attributes are introduced for <strong>HTML</strong>5, some for improved<br />

consistency with other, pre-existing <strong>HTML</strong> elements, and others to add new<br />

(or extend existing) functionality. As in the previous section, we present<br />

these attributes in alphabetical order in the following two sections.<br />
