Brazil; Pacific Ocean from Isla San Luc<strong>as</strong>,<br />

Costa Rica, to off La Libertad, Ecuador<br />

america, westward to Panama; Boca Raton,<br />

Palm Beach County, Florida (Gore and Abele,<br />
