<strong>Seminar</strong> goal:<br />
The Advanced Robot <strong>Program</strong>ming seminar is designed for programming • Basic Robot <strong>Program</strong>ming seminar<br />
personnel of <strong>KUKA</strong> industrial robots. Building on the Basic Robot<br />
• Basic knowledge of a high-level<br />
<strong>Program</strong>ming <strong>Seminar</strong>, programming knowledge and capabilities are<br />
programming language (e.g. Turbo<br />
extended and deepened in this seminar. The main emphasis of the seminar is Pascal)<br />
the high-level programming language KRL.<br />
• Familiarity with PCs and Windows<br />
is helpful.<br />
Topics covered:<br />
• Language elements of the KRL programming language<br />
• Usage of the navigator at the expert level<br />
• <strong>Program</strong>ming subprograms and functions<br />
• Usage of variables & declarations<br />
• <strong>Program</strong>ming of subprograms and functions<br />
• Usage of data lists<br />
• Knowledge of data manipulation<br />
• <strong>Program</strong>ming of motions in KRL<br />
• Usage of system variables<br />
• Signal exchange with a higher-level PLC<br />
Final assessment:<br />
• The course ends with an achievement test.<br />
• A certificate is issued on successful<br />
completion of the achievement test.<br />
