7.1 <strong>Using</strong> <strong>the</strong> Library Tool<br />

Library Tool 7<br />

The Library Tool lets you quickly manage your libraries. You can add and remove libraries and<br />

you can add and remove files within <strong>the</strong> libraries.<br />

7.1.1 Managing Libraries<br />

<strong>Using</strong> <strong>the</strong> New Library button, you can create a new library for organizing your code. You can<br />

remove a library by selecting <strong>the</strong> Delete Library button.<br />

7.1.2 Managing <strong>the</strong> Library Index<br />

To add absolute path names to <strong>the</strong> library index, use <strong>the</strong> Add Paths button. To only use file names<br />

for searching libraries, use <strong>the</strong> Strip Paths button. Use Rebuild to recompile all <strong>the</strong> files used in <strong>the</strong><br />

library, and rebuild <strong>the</strong> library index file. Use <strong>the</strong> Revert to Original button to revert to <strong>the</strong><br />

configuration <strong>the</strong> library was in when <strong>the</strong> Library Tool was opened.<br />
