GEEK OF THE MONTH!
Like the month of February, the February’s geek is no more. Ms. Breunig’s Sci-Fi class
has the privilege to present March’s Geek of the Month title to Amanda Spencer. One
of her classmates even gave her the compliment that Amanda “would be a superb geek
of the month”. Amanda is an avid
fan of any science- fi ction and
fantasy TV shows, such as Firefl y,
Supernatural, Buffy, Angel,
Dollhouse, and Lost. She is also
obsessed with dragons. Her
license plate reads “DRGNLVR”
which translates into “dragon lover”
explains one of her classmates.
Amanda even makes sci-fi related
pieces in ceramics. Along with being
obsessed with several different
TV shows and dragons, she is
also a dedicated Harry Potter fan,
going so far as to dress up for the
midnight release party for the 7th Amanda is proud to be a dragon-loving geek!
book. Amanda will be receiving a class
certifi cate stating that she is geek of the month along with a Barnes & Noble gift
