Dynasty has four models.
Imperial I, a 2,300-square-foot,
two story, features a first-floor
master with a full-length wall closet
(walk-in option), separste tub
and shower and double-sink vanity.
The main floor alao has a den,
great room with sloped ceiling and
kitchen/eating nook.
A two-story ceiling at the front
door enables a bridge upstairs to
overlook the great room. Two bedrooma

This is our biggest seller," said

The cost is $190,900.
The Msjesty, a ranch of 1,960
square feet, has three bedrooms,

Two other models are under construction.
The Princess, s 2,500-squarefoot
colonial, offers a choice of three
or four bedrooms, and Imperial II,

Dariene Macionski bought a two
story with the master on the main
floor and two larger bedrooms upstairs.
"I like everything about the
houae — the floor plan, the master
on the first floor." she said. "Value
of the home for the price was one
consideration.
Tve been in the Rochester area
many years," Macionski said. "It'B
kind of like here we're away from
the city but we're right there. I
looked in Lake Orion but couldn't
aee myaelf driving 20 minutes
away from the city.
"Building a home can be a
stressful experience. The builder
(Dynasty) was delightful to work
with," she added
John and Jenifer Nance along
with daughters Nicole and Tara
moved into a ranch.
"We were looking for a specific
house. We were sizing down and
wsnted a ranch," Jenifer said.
"We're back on a ravine with a
deck and not much of a yard. We
love it. We have animals — deer,
squirrels, raccoons, all kinds of
birds. ..
"We built one other house in
Ohio," she added. "This, by far, has
been a very easy experience. They
(Riviera people) are wonderful." .
